Before First Use
Carefully remove all the pieces of the Panini grill from the packaging and remove all packaging materials, including stickers or tags.
Open the grill and wipe the plates down with a warm, soapy cloth. Dry.
Insert drip tray.
Plug into an electrical outlet.
Step 1: Select the heat setting using the control knob.
Step 2: Preheat the grill. The green "Ready" light will illuminate when the grill is preheated.
Step 3: Place food on the grill: For a crisp texture, use a light coating of olive oil but do not use aerosol nonstick sprays.
Step 4: Remove food. With an oven mitt, lift the handle and remove food using a non-metal utensil.
Step 5: Unplug grill, allow it to cool, and the tuck the grill away standing upright for convenience.
Adjusting the Grill Height Selector: To control how much pressure is placed on delicate foods, set the adjustable height to the desirer height and close the grill carefully, lowering the top housing until it rests on the slider.
Cleaning & Care
Allow the Panini grill to cool completely and the unplug it to clean.
Clean the drip tray and grill plates with warm, soapy water. The drip tray is also dishwasher safe.
Wipe the Panini base with a clean, damp cloth. Do NOT use abrasive surface cleaners.
Tips for Successful Operation
Do no overstuff a Panini or the exterior will cook before the interior.
Once assembled, brush both sides of the Panini lightly with olive oil.
Preheat the Panini grill on "Medium" until the "Ready" light comes on.
