Protein Power Smoothie

This balanced smoothie is a great way to start your day or enjoy after a workout.

1 6-oz. carton nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

1/2 c. orange juice

1 banana, peeled, coarsely chopped and frozen

2 c. fresh spinach leaves

1 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder, optional

2 ice cubes​


Place all ingredients in blender jar.  Cover with lid, press power button and then “Smoothie” button.

Makes about 1.5 c.
