1 package pizza crust mix (or prepared crust)

1/2 c. Alfredo sauce, homemade or purchased

fresh cracked black pepper and/or red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 c. grated mozzarella

1/2 c. grated provolone

1/3 c. grated Parmesan Reggiano

2 fresh mozzarella balls, sliced thin

2 large tomatoes, sliced thin

15 - 20 fresh basil leaves, torn

Preheat the oven to 425°F/218°C.  Lightly mist one 16-in round pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Prepare pizza dough according to package directions.  Stretch dough to cover the pan.  Spread the sauce over the dough. Sprinkle with pepper, if desired.

Sprinkle each of the three grated cheeses evenly across the dough.  Place sliced mozzarella over grated cheese.

Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
