Delicious on top of ice cream, brownies, waffles - even pecan pie!
2 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. Kahlua (optional)
8 oz. dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
In a nonstick 2.5-qt. shallow sauce pan, heat cream, vanilla and Kahlua to a simmer.
Add chocolate pieces to hot cream mixture and incorporate with a wooden or silicone whisk until combined.
