Ingredients

1 1/2 cups blueberry pomegranate juice
2 (6 ounce) cartons nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cups frozen dark sweet cherries
1 banana, peeled, coarsely chopped and frozen
1 tablespoon flaxseed, optional​

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender jar. Cover with lid, press power button and then “Smoothie” button. Makes two 1 1/4 cup servings. Makes four 1 cup servings
