Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
Mix all the ingredients except for the ham together in a medium mixing bowl.
Place the ham in a nonstick roaster. Baste the ham with the glaze, cover with foil and place in the oven.
Bake in the oven, basting periodically, until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 150°F, about 30 minutes. Slice and serve.
