David Chung — Chef Instructor

David Chung's entire 20-year career has been as a Chef behind the sushi bar at some of Toronto's finest Japanese restaurants, including Inagiku, Tidal Wave, and Akasaka where he was Executive Chef. David has also been demonstrating and teaching sushi on Breakfast Television, City TV and at the Bonnie Stern Cooking School and Culinary Arts Centre for five years, and he is a regular volunteer sushi caterer at several annual fund raising events in Toronto.
