Glenn White brings a wealth of experience from his culinary journeys. A graduate of Toronto's George Brown College he seasons his classes with experiences drawn from a diverse background.
Glenn has experienced large quantity cooking at Fairmont's flagship Royal York Hotel, champagne and caviar dining at Le Royal Meridien's King Edward Hotel and fast paced trend setting style at Mark McEwan's North 44. Glenn has recently returned from his roots on the East Coast exploring rustic regional cuisine at Rothesay's Shadow Lawn Inn focusing on corporate and private dining.
He approaches cooking with joy, passion and of course...great cookware which is why he feels so privileged to be sharing his experiences at the Calphalon Culinary Center. The cookware inspires and encourages him to get to the range and create.
