Before using cookware for the first time, wash in warm, sudsy water. Hand wash using liquid dishwashing detergent and a non-abrasive sponge. Allow to cool before cleaning. Never immerse a hot pan in cold water; doing so can cause irreparable warping. Not dishwasher safe.
