Before using bakeware for the first time, wash in warm, sudsy water and dry thoughly. Hand wash using a liquid dishwashing detergent and soft, non-abrasive cleaning pad. Dishwasher safe. Plastic cover is dishwasher safe, top rack only. Allow bakeware to cool before cleaning. Never immerse hot bakeware in cold water; doing so can cause irreparable warping. Dishwasher safe.
